How do we do this?

During any preliminary session we conduct a postural analysis and combine it with information offered in our confidential in-take form, we can identify any minor musculoskeletal dysfunctions before an injury occurs.

AIS restores flexibility and proper range of motion for ease of movement. This can enhance recovery from intense training or performance.

AIS fires nerve patterns to the brain - through the protocol repetition, new neural pathways can be established. Biofeedback is distributed throughout the entire living matrix of muscle and nerve.

The AIS technique can work with musculoskeletal diseases, joint replacements, muscular injuries, enhanced athletic performance and pre & post surgical rehab.

Because AIS decreases muscle soreness associated with new or extreme physical activity, it can also improve circulation thereby reducing local pain and swelling.

AIS can prevent early damage, pain and injury to joint fascia (a real career ender for any therapist!).

Establish proper range of motion for efficient movement & accelerate the body's natural healing and recovery process.
