Seminars
The Active Isolated Stretching workshops and seminars are designed for anyone concerned about wellness and health, particularly manual therapists. The AIS student will find this work effective in postural restoration, performance enhancement and injury prevention as well as a powerful adjunct for rehabilitation.
The AIS workshops and seminars are created to illustrate how an individual can stretch properly without endangering the joints, muscles or connective tissue. More importantly, the courses are designed to explain how one may safely assist others in the stretching process.
Active Isolated Stretching promotes functional and physiological restoration of muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints, ultimately optimizing a body’s range of motion.
These seminars are comprised of 80% hands-on and 20% lecture and will cover both Active and Active-Assisted stretching.
